Report from Florida Carpet Championship 2023

The Florida Carpet Championships it’s done and I was able to bring home a TQ + Win in 4WD and 2nd place in 2WD! It was such high competition where so many so many drivers had the same fastest lap times. It was difficult to make 5 mintutes without mistakes, the carpet had an amazing traction and it was crazy fast. Pretty cool to drive on this conditions and bring my first time over here it was a bit hard to find the way in the beginning.

My both cars worked so good and I’m pretty happy about the brand new Xray XB2 and XB4, it took me some time to understand how the tires worked here as on this race we could use whatever we wanted. With not so much experience and time to test I lost a bit of time playing around with some different tires and setting up the car for it. In the end it felt pretty good and I was happy about my full package.

A bit congrats to all the organisation, it was an amazing race with great atmosphere that the Beachline Raceway provide us.

Big congrats to Michal Orlowski for the overall win, we had one more time great fights in the finals

A big shout out to Martin Bayer for the TQ + win in both 2WD and 4WD classes.
