A primary goal of this project was to minimise the additional parts needed to help keep drivers on the track or bashing at their favourite spot. You will find that quite a few of the parts you already have will work on the ET48 2.0. Features from the 2.0 buggies have been carried over, such as the industry-first suspension arms with built-in caster. This allows a longer overall arm length, ideal front-end geometry and increased durability. It has rear hubs that provide roll center adjustments by adjusting the axle height, and the active rear toe system has been carried over as well. A substantial amount of time was invested in developing the smoothest suspension package available to make the truck a breeze to drive in the roughest conditions. The quick access differentials with increased volume have also been included to improve consistency and efficiency with minimal maintenance time. \r\n\r\nThe ET48 2.0 body has an industry-first exposed front shock tower design as well as a more truck-like appearance. The body is lighter, creates more downforce for increased steering response, flies through the air with greater ease and closer resembles a full size vehicle. Consequently, our task of creating a new 1\/10th 4WD buggy was going to be that much more intense. Our first CAD files for the EB410 date back to August of 2012, before the original EB48 was released. Five years and about two dozen iterations later, we are finally ready to begin talking about specific features of the buggy.\r\n\r\nNo, the EB410 is not a \u2018copy\u2019 of an existing buggy. But we didn\u2019t make it different just for the sake of being \u2018different\u2019 either. The decisions made during the design process were carefully considered and thoroughly tested during an extensive prototype phase. Any design aspects that were unsatisfactory during testing were redesigned and retested until we were completely satisfied. The process was quite time-consuming and almost no expense was spared to see our complete vision come to life.\r\n\r\nWe know this is our most anticipated vehicle to date, which is why we have taken the time to do our homework. A few months later, Jared Tebo claimed his first victory at the prestigious 2019 Reedy Race of Champions. Even though it has been extremely successful in the hands of our team drivers and customers, our design engineers weren\u2019t content and knew it could be improved.\r\n\r\nTekno RC is pleased to announce the next evolution in 1\/10th scale 4wd buggy is here, the EB410.2. We\u2019ve set the bar in terms of build quality and easy to follow instructions, so expect the same here. Not only have many of the updated components from the ET410 been incorporated, but several all-new elements have been included to further improve handling and durability.\r\n\r\nNow included is a front end sway bar system along with new 15-degree low roll center spindle carriers. The suspension has been upgraded with new pistons and revised shock towers. In the rear, we have included new arms that allow front-mounted shocks, new adjustable roll center rear hubs, and a new, taller one-piece wing mount to help improve aerodynamics and roll characteristics. Even though it has been extremely successful in the hands of our team drivers and customers, our design engineers weren\u2019t content and knew it could be improved.\r\n\r\nTekno RC is pleased to announce the next evolution in 1\/10th scale 4wd buggy is here, the EB410.2. We\u2019ve set the bar in terms of build quality and easy to follow instructions, so expect the same here. Not only have many of the updated components from the ET410 been incorporated, but several all-new elements have been included to further improve handling and durability.\r\n\r\nNow included is a front end sway bar system along with new 15-degree low roll center spindle carriers. The suspension has been upgraded with new pistons and revised shock towers. In the rear, we have included new arms that allow front-mounted shocks, new adjustable roll center rear hubs, and a new, taller one-piece wing mount to help improve aerodynamics and roll characteristics.
