Back home from the 2026 Dirt Nitro Challenge. It was a great week of racing with a well run program and awesome weather every day. It took a while for me to find pace at this race but on both main days I think Idid. I was still able to qualify into all the A’s except for ebuggy which I was able to bump up in. Starting mid pack or in the back of the mains is not easy but I was able to finish with some solid results in the end. Nitro truck was the highlight with a P2. In nitro buggy I had a rough start that put me in the back of the pack but I was able to get back up to 5th just .1 sec from getting 4th which I’m happy with after starting 10th. After bumping up in e buggy and starting last I just did what I could to make passes and ended up 8th in the end. Congrats to Camden, Seth and Juan on their wins. Looking forward to getting back to thornhill for some testing in a little over a week.
