I made progress each day of practice and found some comfort during qualifying on Friday. I ended the day off with my best run in Q3 with a P4. Saturday was tough with the weather that rolled in overnight. I just couldn’t quite get the feeling I had the day before. I would end up qualifying P13 which meant I would line up first for the LCQ Saturday evening. I had a good start but with a mistake before the line and rolling over after lap one didn’t help my chances of bumping up. I would end up P15 overall after all three b-main runs.
