ROAR 1/8 Scale Off-Road Nationals 2025
This year’s 2025 Roar Fuel National/Electric National was a great one for Phi regardless he didn’t make any podiums.( this race post would of been already posted lol)Results was not ideal and a bit disappointed for our sponsors and our number 1 fan (junior Peterson)however…he managed to made all 4 Mains Electric buggy/Electric truggy/ Nitro buggy and Truggy. It is an event we can hope to forget and move on.
We had our moments ..we had our chances..but mistake/decisions/ and communication needs improvement.
Our Kyosho Inferno Mp10 rides was just amazing regardless we did not achieve the ideal adjustments/setups …but we learned to race with what we can get for the limited time on track. The layout was fast/technical and under some conditions ..out of Phi’s control to avoid taking others out..or other racers taking Phi out…its racing incidents. But if you are a nice racer..we usually stop and give back position.
Our goals was close..unfortunately we had a mechanical issue in Nitro truggy mains. And radio issues the last 8 mins of the Nitro buggy 1 hour main….not to forget the “brain fart” Phi said he had ….coming in to pit when he was not supposed to.
Overall…we definitely learned alot from this years Roar Nats. Very pleased and surprised with Roar officials this year…and Thornhill facility and staff…world class.
