We came to this race well prepared and showing our new E buggy prototype. I was able to qualify 11th in E buggy and after couple bad line decisions I finished the main 11th position but unfortunately my transponder came loose and did not count laps anymore so officially I finished last in the main.

Nitro started well finishing 5th in the first round of qualifying. In the second qualy unfortunately other car in front of me made mistake and I got stuck for a moment and also last lap mistake on my own did not help at all. In the last quali I was driving too safely and could not get better position and missed the straight spot to main final by couple hundreds of a second. I started on pole for the B main but I was not able to maintain that spot as my engine was way too rich from the bottom and could not have any feel with the car.

In truggy I got taken out in the B main so many times on the first lap that there was not a chance for me to bumb up anymore. But I was still able to finish 5th in the B main.

It was nice two weeks in America and huge thanks to Greg Degani for taking care of us. Also it was nice to meet new people at the different tracks!

Next event will be Philippine Masters. Really looking forward for this race!
