EUROS 2024 recap

The 2024 Euros are done and dusted!

Will start with he Off-road euros in Hanvec at the Amco de L'Ouest
At first Huuuuge thanks to the whole amco team for the great event and even the hard work of peuziat family to make a great organisation!

About the race: we knew already it will be hard with this tight and difficult track. The weather was changing all week long from cold rain to sunny and blue sky.
We tried many things on the car to get a good set up and we found it. After the quali I ended up p4 so that means 2 in semi final B.
Over the 20min in the semi final I had a nice fight with ferry and end up 3 because a overlapped car didn’t see me (or don’t want) open the door for me in the last lap.
Nevermind we made it to the mainfinal.

The start of the final were good and had again a nice fight with ferry but the first 2 were super fast and was not able to catch them. After the fight with ferry for P5 I closed up to Valentin and Romain but then I crashed into a flipped car and my front shocktower and front shock got damage. I bring the P5 to the end and I’m happy with that result.

Congrats to Wesley for the Win! Well driven

Overall was a great event and thanks to everybody who support me 🫶🫶

Onto the Touringcar euros:
After a loooong trip from Hanvec to Lostallo within 24 hours we start on Monday with the practice runs and I try to find the Touringcar „mode“ in my head and fingers 😂 somehow on Tuesday i find the mode 🤪
The practice runs were good and I felt very comfortable with the car.
On Wednesday the timed practice were on with 2 runs and after this I made a P10.
At the Opening ceremony they given already a trophy for the best looking bodyshell. And what can I say, I won this bodyshell contest with my brat aka Picasso Dario Veseli who paint me this beauty and equipped with the stickers from P stickers

On Thursday the quali runs started and we had a very good start with the runs. Car felt super nice and easy to drive. Maybe not the fastest but super consistent! I qualified to the quarter finals and was able to bump up into the semi finals.
The semi final start good had nice fights until the end but was not able to manage to go to the main final.
I’m happy that Dario was able to put his Duox to the P2 in the main final! Congrats Brat!

Anyway, my MCD Duox steered from power HD servos, and the rubber from GRP Tyres with my JPF MOCA engine, my K1 flywheel and samba pipes was all the week on 🔥
Special thanks to mom and dad who make everything possible 🫶❤️

Now I will take some rest and start preparation for the upcoming races!
