The 2023 Ifmar worlds are over and I took a few days to rest
Report from
IFMAR WC 1/10 ELECTRIC OFF ROAD 2023
The 2023 Ifmar worlds are over and I took a few days to rest and enjoy with the family. I put in a lot of late night testing and practicing sessions in preparation for this event. The Hobby Action crew and Larry Tom did an amazing job with the facility from inside and outside had the place looking great.

This was for sure one of the most competitive 1:10 worlds I have been at. In 4wd I had good consistency throughout qualifying but just couldn’t quite find slightly more speed to make the A final. I would end up 15th overall after the mains.

Going into the 2wd portion I had more confidence in how my prototype LD3 has been working and it showed right away during qualifying scoring 4-4-6 after 3-5 rounds were completed. I would qualify 7th on the grid for triple A-final. I had good runs in A1 and A3 to fight for a podium spot. In the end I would take home P5.
