That I ended with a win in nitro after a few years since the last title but today it was mine after the 1 hour main!!🥇💥

4th win in a row in the nitro class this year!! This was also my 3rd Nationals Nitro title!!

Drove both classes this year, was a very stressful  Saturday qualifying day. Made it through and I ended P2 in both classes after qualifying! With a few TQ runs in both classes in the crazy changing conditions wet, dry, bluegrove, super hard packed! But the Matrix tires gave me the grip I needed!👌

Sunday started of dry and around the same grip level as yesterday. First out was the EP. Had a chaotic A1 final in EP, A2 P2 after a solid drive, A3 ended with a issue after a few minutes… and without a podium unfortunately!

Congrats to David for TQ and Win in EP and TQ in Nitro aswell!👏 Unfortunately he ended the nitro in the semi after an issue! Otherwise it would have been Mayako, Corsatec and Matrix in P1 and P2 in Nitro after the great speed yesterday!😢

Nitro was another story. Semi started of good but after a mistake and a bit lacking pace I ended P2 in the B.

The nitro final was just 10 minutes after A3 EP. And of course the rain came back again! Just before the 1 hour main so a fast choice and I went out with the Matrix Nova SS! Started of in a 4th after the semi. Was up in P1 after a 12-15 min.

Then I controlled the race from there with my hooked up MX8 with the Novas and a great mileage with the Corsatec that allowed me to have one less pit stop! And take the win in style with 30 seconds to 2nd in this super wet challenging conditions!
