Dnc 2023…definitely the toughest/coldest/wettest/ and windiest this year..at least other years Saturday n Sunday makes up for it. Joey and the Dirt crew are just nuts! When the big track was rained out..and the weather shows no breaks ..we was hoping we can take advantage of this and spend times with families here…..but no they had to make it all means possible for us to race…and so we raced! ————
Seeding was cut short and onto the small under cover track where we hesitated to make setup changes since regardless of the weather forecast .
The track was very tight but broke up really bad and quickly due to the amount of laps turned. So we decided to make the setup changes to suite the rough track somewhere middle of Q2, especially when we heard about the big track is not going to be raced. We resorted to team leader for setup assistance and the hb rides was just amazing in the rough allowing Lb to almost made the A in nitro buggy ( I think everyone else too ..coulda/shoulda/ would of..lol…) . b nitro buggy/b nitro truggy/c ebuggy/A etruggy.
Tire choice for us was really easy JConcepts Inc Green Recons we felt it wa most stable and gets thru the rough and fluff best———-
It was very hard to bump up due to the very high pace short layout …..a bobble or being on the lid results in no bump ups …And of course Pros taking out Pros…LOL . We had some issues and we learned from it Lb ended up 0 bumps and 0 podiums.

After the race as we always try to figure out what we did wrong or what we could of done better…we definitely will come back better and more aggressive driver for sure next Dnc.!————-
