The 2022 Dirt Nitro Challenge was a blast! It had the most talent of any race I have ever attended. The track was a fun layout that got really rough and required intense focus.
I had some great success in E-Buggy and Nitro Buggy. I struggled in Truggy at this event and did not meet my expectations but learned some things to take into Nationals in a couple of weeks.
With this being a worlds level event I came into it not knowing what to expect results wise. I am very happy finishing a strong 4th in E-Buggy and 6th in Nitro Buggy with some amazing racing with the best in the world. I had a shot at a podium in both classes but was just a mistake or 2 away from finishing on the podium. I gained a lot of confidence in this race and learned alot from the HB team. I am very thankful for all the support from Chad, Cole, Jackson, Tyler, and Walker Spinrad. As always my Reds engines fueled by Nitro Pro were ripping and Trinity powered E Buggy was so smooth. JConcepts has the best tires with unbelievable track side support, they are the best! Special thanks to Brad Horsch for getting me to this race in style 😉, Jay Beardmore for the place to stay, and of course my parents! See everyone in 2 weeks at Nationals!!
