Cape Town Scale Model Boat Club offers you a place where you can regularly meet likeminded people with an interest in radio controlled model boats to have fun, play games and just relax after a hard day's work.

Exclusively for electric model boat owners and builders, Sonstraal Dam is the only waterbody in the City of Cape Town demarcated for RC boating.

Cape Town Scale Model Boat Club is the first of the "New Generation Clubs" that was established after this demarcation opened the door to end a decade of exclusivity at a public park.
