Drone Racing Flanders (DRF)
Let me tell you something. In 2016, I started a Facebook group called Drone Racing Flanders. The intention was to bring together Belgian FPV race pilots to perform our fantastic hobby. Soon this became a success and more and more interested race pilots joined our group. So in 2019 we made from Drone Racing Flanders an official association. Since then it was not only meetups and trainings but for the first time we started to organize races. During the corona period we didn't have it easy like everybody else but we kept our spirits up and managed to keep organizing races during this difficult period. In the meantime, we have formed a beatiful Team DRF and have already organized several nice races and we try to keep raising the bar. Today, the Belgian Navy Race 2022 is our best result and many more beautiful races will follow. Drone Racing Flanders is not a company with financial means but is a group of motivated pilots who have become good friends and organize races for pilots.
