The 2021 Hank Perry 240 / NCT Round 1
Location: Hank Perry Raceway in Spokane Valley Washington. 1901 N. Sullivan Avenue. Rain or Shine!

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this race will be limited to 200 participants. Paid participants will get priority.
All guests must take their temperatures and anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees F or more will not be permitted to attend. In addition, any individual with a household member diagnosed with COVID-19, or with symptoms, may not attend.
Local and state Covid-19 protocols will be in place and enforced. Please bring a mask and plan on wearing while inside the fenced racing area as well as when not maintaining social distancing in the pit areas.

Schedule:
Friday May 28th Controlled practice will be starting at 10:00am and run throughout Friday, no open practice. Marshalling after all practice runs is mandatory and will be monitored. Track closes when practice is over
Saturday, May 29th Late arrival practice only available from the time the gates open until the RD is set up and ready for the drivers meeting. ~ 20 minutes max. Late arrival practice is only for those who did not practice Friday. Gates open at 7:15AM Driver's meeting planned at 7:45AM Qualifying starts at 8:00AM Qualifying will be mixed qualifying running one round of 1/10th electric followed by 1/8th, then back to 1/10th so on. Marshalling after your qualifier is mandatory and will be monitored. Qualifying results and overall standings will be posted online only. All classes will have 3 rounds of qualifying with your 2 best rounds being counted
Sunday, May 30th Gates open at 7:30AM Driver's Meeting at 7:45AM Mains start at 8:00AM. Immediate marshalling after your main is mandatory and will be monitored. Track closes after mains.

- Early Sign up discount is $5.00 off first and second class through May 13th, and then standard fees apply. No refunds.

We will have overnight camping available in specified areas only. No tent camping will be allowed. Campers must be fully self contained, including power. Overnight camping will cost $30.00 (cost pending) for the weekend (Thursday - Sunday), payable ahead of time on RCSignup or onsite via paypal.
The Square Dance Hall is hosting their Honor Flight Dance Saturday Evening again this year. The first 2-3 rows of parking need to be open starting at 4:30-4:45 for their attendees.
Personal generators are responsible for following laws concerning use. If there is permitting required, make sure to file ahead of time.
There can be no frayed or house utility extension cords allowed. (may be subject to inspection)
Personal Transponders are required at all NCT events this year.
Special Note: The New 3 Wire Transponders from My Laps will work at RCCCS, and any NCT event this racing season. The older MRT transponders will not work.
RCCCS will have some house transponders on-site that will be available for novice only. Those who use one of the house transponders will be assigned one for the entire weekend, and is responsible for making sure it is charged on the charging rack. Failure to return at the end of the weekend will result in a fee of $150.00
