Club Race Date and Times: Saturday May 22st, 2021 Gates open at 8AM on Saturday for the general public/racers. Saturday Morning 

Track Setup 8:00am Open Practice and Registration 9:00am – 10:30am 
Track Maintenance and Pit Time 10:30am – 11:00am 
Racers Meeting and Posting of First Round Qualifier Race Order 11am – 11:15am 
Races Start 11:30am (5-minute qualifiers and 8-15 minute main races for each class) 
Podium Pics set to be taken at 3:00pm – 3:30pm 
Breaks planned in between qualifier rounds and Main races. If track maintenance is required the races may be paused throughout the day as needed. 
Track Location and Parking: 7704 Congress Street New Port Richey, FL 34653 There is a freshly asphalted back top area to accommodate parking and is first come first serve. 
Race Classes: The race classes will be determined upon completion of registration on the day of the races. The primary class options are listed below. Provided there is a minimum of 3 drivers per class, and time permitting, the class will be included in racing for the day. There is enough time in one day to run a maximum of 6 races per round to finish by 3:30 pm. Usual Race Class Options: 

• 1/8 E-Buggy 
• 1/8 Nitro-Buggy 
• 1/8 E-Truggy 
• 1/8 Nitro-Truggy • 1/10 Stadium Trucks • Open Novice/Kids 

Other Race Class Options: • 2WD 1/10 Buggy • 1/10 Truggy • 4WD 1/10 Buggy • Open Nitro
 • Traxxas Takeover Saturday Club Race Registration: Registration for the races will take place at the track pit area from 9:00am to 10:30am on race day. Fees: 
Friday Night Lights Practice Entry: $15
 Saturday Club Racers First Class: $25 RACE AS MANY CLASSES AS YOU WANT FOR $25 Fees are collected the day of the race during registration. All proceeds go towards track improvements, track maintenance, and event costs. Track Marshalling: A day of racing includes being a track marshal to help your fellow racers. Once you complete your race you will then be a track marshal for the next race. If you are participating in more than one class then racing and marshaling is alternated as needed. The track welcomes volunteer marshals at any time during practice and racing. Keep in mind that track marshaling can be a lot of fun, but also dusty and fast paced so if you plan to help be sure to wear appropriate footwear and stay on your toes. Scoring: Qualifier rounds are normally 5 minutes and Mains are 8-15 minutes depending on E or Nitro Classes. There are 2 rounds of qualifying and the Main Races. The total number of laps and total time to achieve those laps is used to evaluate the drivers during qualifiers and main races. The driver order for qualifiers are selected at random. Then, the best qualifier round for each driver is selected and used to determine the driver order for the main races. Track Details, Amenities, and Rules: 
Transponders: Epic Rc Racing Complex is equipped with the latest MY LAPS RC4 Decorder Box and Timing System. Our Newer Timing System sports newer firmware that no longer supports the older transponders from other companies. 
 The transponder must be mounted facing in the upward position with a clear line of sight through a clear body windshield or hole in the body. A transponder is not required to participate in the racing; however, it is required to be eligible for podium placement and any associated winnings/prizes. RC4 Pro My Laps Transponders are available for sale if you wish to purchase for $139.99 + tax. Track Size, Type, and Maintenance: Epic Rc Racing Complex is an outdoor clay track with on a 3-acre property that has been recently revamped and sports a newly updated driver's stand which can accommodate 10-12 drivers at a time. 
 The Newly Constructed Pit Lane is HUGE and EPIC!


 Track maintenance, including watering down the track as needed, is normally completed once in the morning and once prior to the start of Main races if needed. Friday, MAY 21th will be track maintenance and race preparation day. Anyone interested in helping to be a part of the maintenance and preparation process and to familiarize themselves with the park is welcome to come help the day before the race. We will be working on the track from approximately 10am – 4pm. Bathrooms: Epic Rc Racing Complex has a restroom facility on the complex for men and women that has power, water, sinks, and towels. Power: I will bring my inverter/generator to supply power to a compressor for air to clean vehicles. Additionally, there is a charging station area set up with available outlets so bring your extensions cords for power. Drinks for sale: The track does does sell water and soda at the Pit Trailer for $1 !

 Tables, Chairs, and Pop-up Tents: 
 The track does not provide much shade, so bring your tables, pop-up tents, and tailgates!

 Nitro Pro Fuel + My Laps Pro Rc4 Transponders are for sale! $139.99 Rules: This is a volunteer-based community track full of drivers looking to have a good time with friends and family. There is no specific requirements for motor Kv ratings, ESC requirements, or tires. We do encourage smaller pin tires, 2S battery for SCT class, 1/10 buggy/truggies, and 4S for 1/8 scale. Currently, the race rules are basic and the main goals are to have fun and promote the greater good of this RC Hobby with some good community racing. The track was just constructed by Bobby Moore of RC Trackmasters and it's one of the best 1/8 scale dirt/clay off road tracks in the FL area! 

Any form of discrimination, vulgarity, fighting, or otherwise will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave. Race-specific rules will be provided on race days once all classes are established. As this is private property, overnight camping is available on Friday night for an additional $25 ( Includes Friday Night Practice Fee )
