The event is being hosted by the Sydney Society of Model Engineers, 869 Luddenham Road, Luddenham NSW 2745.

The event dates are Thursday October 26th to Sunday 29th, entry fees are $90 for 1 car, $40 for a 2nd, $20 for a third.

Thursday - Setup and practice day

Friday - Controlled practice followed by Heats

Saturday - Heats

Sunday - Semi finals and Finals

A drivers meeting will be held each day from Friday before any cars are allowed on track, the meeting time to be confirmed before the event.

The timing system in place for the event is RC Scoring Pro
